Condensate Transfer Pump

Condensate Transfer Pump

CAPACITY: 30,000 KG/HR
Description

A fully mechanical pump pressurized by Steam or Air to displace condensate without electricity. Built with Carbon Steel casing and Stainless Steel internals.

Ideal for hazardous locations and high-temp applications where electric pumps fail.
• No mechanical seals or packing to leak.

Working
1
Gravity Filling

Condensate enters the casing by gravity, raising the internal stainless steel float mechanism.

2
Motive Pressure Entry

The sudden pressure drop causes a portion of the hot water to instantaneously 'flash' into steam.

3
Positive Displacement

Pressure displaces condensate through the discharge check valve toward the return line.

4
Venting & Reset

Exhaust valve opens to vent non-condensable gases; the cycle resets for the next fill.

Key Differences VS Conventional

• Electricity is not required (Fully Mechanical).
• Best utilization of flash steam.
• Suitable for high temp; No Cavitation problem.
• Automatic venting of Air & Non-Condensable gases.
• No Live Steam required for low-capacity pump.
• Operates on Steam or Compressed Air.

Advantages
Zero Maintenance"

No mechanical seals or packings to wear out.

Hazardous Location Safe

Flameproof, safe for flammable industrial areas.

High Temperature Efficiency

Returns condensate at higher temperatures.

Disadvantages
Motive Gas Requirement

Requires compressed air or steam supply (Min. 4 kg/cm²) to operate displacement.

Flow Capacity Limits

Lower peak flow capacity compared to MASSIVE INDUSTRIAL ELECTRIC PUMP SKIDS.
